About event
Gaga is a movement speech developed over the years by Ohad with Naharin from Israel, in parallel with his work of choreographer and artistic director of the Batsheva Dance Company ensemble. Gaga is based on the faith in healing, dynamics and constantly changing the power of movement. Natasha is the only certified lecturer Gaga in the Czech Republic! We discover more dimensions of movement until our muscles burn, and we can enjoy it. We realize our explosive energy and sometimes use it. In the space we are aware of others to find that we are not the center of everything. We join the world of endless possibilities. We replace the old ones with new habits. We can be vigilant and relaxed. We become present… We will discover our passion in conjunction with the effort that requires it. We will learn to love our own sweat. We discover two things, an animal we are and the power of our own imagination. Gaga is a training of instinctive movement, strengthens the link between conscious and unconscious. It leads us to the experience of pure and uncomplicated freedom and pleasure. In a pleasant environment, in comfortable clothes, accompanied by music. Everyone for himself, in connection to the other. ”
Ohad naharin (You will go through the parking lot with a barrier, straight, around the payment slot machines, the frame shop, and at the end of the block, when it will not go on, you will enter the last door on the left side, 1Club halls are on the 2nd floor. The left side in the corridor behind the reception, for men a little further, our hall is orange and is completely at the end of the corridor)
When: Saturday 1. 2. from 10:30 to 12:30 (2 parts with 20 min break ) [email protected], send a deposit only after confirmation of free space !! Even participation in previous events, just the desire to come and move your body, otherwise, newly and with curiosity what you discover and experience.
