Just before the **Winter Solstice**, we’ll gather **in person at Wildish in Lake Oswego, Oregon** to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what’s real.
This isn’t a workshop or a class—it’s a **sacred space for reflection, gentle movement, meditation, and conversation** in community.
