≪ We dance every Tuesday from 19:30 ≫
The full moon in Scorpio invites us from outer light to the inner depth. To places where a force is born, which is not visible but to feel. In the dance, we will therefore match the body as a compass that knows where to go. To places where reason, but body, emotion and instinct. We will listen to those layers of ourselves that usually remain hidden - and let them speak, move, change shape.

Our evenings are the entry into the world of engaging music and ecstatic dance Movement Medicine. Dance takes us and gives us various rhythms, flow or calm, up to a state of freedom, full of body or resting. The space is an offer to postpone the assessment of yourself and others and the possibility to express themselves freely, using the natural intelligence of our body. Music will take you to places where you can connect with yourself, both physically and emotionally. Through the rhythm, breath and movement, we give the opportunity to collectively postpone stress and tension from the body and rise to a state of pure joy and being, without the need for alcohol or other narcotic substances. I love the movement that heals, connects and allows us to be who we are - with everything that comes. Dance is for me the way to the wild. To silence. In my evenings.

Since early childhood and love for music and dancing, she has been interwoven with my whole life. Improvisation, creation here and now is my greatest passion and meditation at the same time. I fulfill, enjoy and surprise again and again ... with my game I accompany the dance of universal peace, mantling, or various theater and movement projects. In my work of physiotherapists through the touch and pressure I dissolve the blockade in the body and, like in music or dance, I am looking for harmony and harmony. from 19:30
