About event
Prague will experience a sports premiere that has no parallel in history. For the first time, the series of urban obstacle courses Urban Challenge is heading to Vyšehrad and its immediate surroundings. On June 26 and 27, 2026, a route awaits runners through places where ordinary mortals cannot reach - from the underground of the Congress Center through the Vyšehrad casemates to the "concrete pipe" of the Botič stream. Competitors will also have to overcome obstacles on the surface of the Vltava River or city service equipment on the embankment.
While most Prague runs circle the asphalt in the center, Urban Challenge Praha Vyšehrad goes literally under the surface of the city, adding unique obstacles. The start and background will be near the Congress Center in Prague 4, from where the participants will go over the walls of Vyšehrad and down to the river on the embankment, i.e. Prague 2. We guarantee that the runners will be happy and enthusiastic about their performance at the finish line.
