URBAN HERBAL WALK

Discover medicinal and edible plants in Vienna and reconnect with nature through a sensory urban botanical walk.

Join us for a 1.5-hour urban botanical walk in Vienna to discover the medicinal and edible plants growing around us.

Together, we’ll explore the fascinating world of urban plants: their uses, benefits, scents, stories, and little secrets. We’ll observe them closely, smell them, learn how to identify them, and discover how they have traditionally been used for food, wellbeing, and natural remedies.

This is not only a plant walk, but also a gentle group experience to reconnect with nature, awaken your senses, and see the city’s green spaces with new eyes.

At the end of the walk, we’ll share a simple mindful plant connection practice to integrate the experience in a more personal and meaningful way.

No previous plant knowledge is needed — just curiosity, comfortable shoes, and an open mind.
