🌍 The world around us is changing rapidly. It ceases to apply that Europe and the West are the center of all events - instead we observe many centers of power. China, India and other countries want to participate in the management of today's world. Today, Europe now has to face not only security threats due to Russian aggressive policy, but also strong competition in trade or technology. In addition, it can not rely on links with the United States.
