Two -hour free dance jam with a short introductory and final sharing circle. Previous experience with contact improvisation is not needed.

⏰ Arrival at the pits is possible from 19:00, starting with calm and at about 19:10 we will meet in the opening circle. We end around 21:15. . When there are less than 10 dancers, the contribution increases to make a rent of CZK 500. Organizing organizer does not apply. °lex -cure -cure -cred -civ /> 👉 Contact improvisation (CI) is a form of modern dance based on spontaneous movement interaction based in 1972. The intention of contact improvisation is to be in contact with your own body, floor, walls, space and usually other dancers. Contact improvisation is not a classic paired dance and does not teach the steps that dancers follow, but are freely inspired by basic recommended techniques such as weight transfer, work with borders, coming and leaving contact, stretching, pushing, guidance, following or scrolling. Dancers work with pressure, center, weight, dynamics, levels, whether together, in pairs, triplets, larger groups or separately. Within contact improvisation, you have the opportunity to explore movement in your body at different levels - from cells, bones, muscles, tendons, fascia to the skin. However, romantic or sexual intentions are not tolerated in contact improvisation. It is really just a dance.
