On the course, you will get the opportunity to theoretically and practically learn the basics of non-violent communication - an approach that is increasingly applied not only in the world, but also in the Czech environment. Non-violent communication is a valuable tool for anyone who wants to improve their communication skills, better orient themselves and their needs, resolve conflicts more effectively and build an environment that supports quality relationships.
Conflicts and challenging situations in relationships can be perceived as an opportunity for positive change, not just as an obstacle. In our approach, they are a tool of transformation – an opportunity to shift and reshape things for the better. Non-violent communication will not teach you how to remove conflicts from life, but it will equip you with skills that will enable you to manage challenging situations with an overview, keep your boundaries healthy and turn obstacles into a wise way forward.
Learn to know yourself - in your feelings and needs, listen to others effectively and formulate concrete and feasible solutions. By focusing on the needs of all stakeholders, which brings connection and strengthening of the relationship, it is better to work together to find strategies that can fulfill these needs. Instead of a fight, we will get to the field of creative cooperation.
