Fundamentals of non -violent communication - an approach that is increasingly applied not only in the world but also in the Czech environment. Non -violent communication is a valuable tool for anyone who wants to improve their communication skills, better orient yourself in themselves and their needs, more efficiently resolve conflicts and build a quality relationship. In our approach, they are a tool for transformation - opportunities to move and transform things for the better. Non -violent communication will not teach you to eliminate life conflicts, but will equip you with skills that will make you be able to manage the difficult situations with an overview, keep your boundaries and turn obstacles into a wise way. The focus on the needs of all parties involved, which brings the connection and strengthening of the relationship, is better cooperated with the search for strategies that can meet these needs. Instead of fighting we get to the field of creative cooperation.
