Are you suffering from knee pain? Heel spur? Shoulder, trapezius or spine pain? Since 2019, many clients have passed my courses. As is the case in most cases, we often look for something if the body already "sounds the alarm" that something is bothering it. We go through different phases: "it will pass", "I'll take a pill", "I'll go to the doctor" and we keep going round and round. I often addressed back pain in my posts (they are the most common). The second largest group among clients who completed the NW course were people with knee pain, heel spur, hallux valgus, shoulder pain and hip pain.
Today a few words about arthritis and knee pain. The cause of the pain is the same in most cases. Knee pain does not come from worn articular cartilage even with 1-3 degree arthrosis. The culprits are stiff, inflexible, shortened muscles and stuck, tangled fascia or instability around the joint. This is due to our (wrong) posture, exercise habits, diet and stress. During movement, some muscles are overloaded. The movements of shortened muscles deform our body. Cartilage cannot regenerate in some places, it dries out and wears out. Cartilage has no pain receptors and therefore cannot be a source of pain. The cause is a shortened, stiff, inelastic thigh muscle. If we do nothing, the thigh muscle will continue to stiffen and the "knee" pain will worsen. (in the course I will explain it to you completely "flat out 😊")
Solution:
Tip No. 1: I will go to the doctor because my knee hurts, the examination will show that I have osteoarthritis and I have to learn to live with the pain
Tip No. 2: I will try Nordic walking, where this activity has already helped many clients after mastering the technique
This also applies to shortened hamstring, calf, side or the inner side of the lower limb. The area of the Achilles tendon, heel spur, hip joint, shoulder, elbow, trapezius muscles works in exactly the same way...
And did you know that during dynamic sports there is also a significant shortening of the posterior thigh muscle?

The world of nature is an ideal place where you you can rest and recharge your batteries. Nature cleanses from toxic energies. Regular exercise helps you feel good because it enhances the release of endorphins (good mood neurotransmitters). Movement strengthens the body and the immune system. A sedentary lifestyle prevents the free movement of energy.
Find a type of exercise that suits you. Maybe just after the mini-course, where you get to know the details of the correct technique of Nordic walking, as well as its health benefits, this activity will appeal to you. Come try it and you'll see. Devote one morning exclusively to YOURSELF
I'm looking forward to seeing you: login also here:
