Introduction to systemic constellations and energy work
is a one-day experiential workshop that will enlighten you on the basics of constellation work, which you can apply in everyday life as tools for awareness of relationships and for harmonizing any system, not just gender.
We will learn basic constellation principles through practical deployment exercises and their use as a self-regulatory process in a crisis. We will learn to perceive our own energy and the energy of others and approach it with respect. Working with the energy field as a way of building boundaries. Knowing the dynamics of relationships and how to straighten the energy flow in them.
The meeting is intended for people who are on the path of self-discovery and self-development, but also for workers in helping professions, for therapists (as an extension of tools). No previous knowledge or skills are required.
This introductory meeting is also the first meeting of a cycle of 9 workshops, for which you can decide based on the experience of the introductory meeting, which will be a kind of initiation process that will raise you to the next level of working with people, but also working with yourself. And that's why I invite you to our circle, where the knowledge and activities we will go through together will open the door to freedom and courage to live your life to the fullest potential.
I will close the group on April 28.
The workshop will take place in Banská Bystrica on May 3, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.,
with small breaks and a one-hour lunch break.
