About event
Zen School of Kwan UM Slovensko invites you to the introduction to Zen
program
Dharmy teacher Dominik Finik />- Introducing Zen School Kwan UM
School
Zen School Kwan UM is an international Zen organization founded by Zen Master Seung Sahn.
- It brings together more than 100 centers and groups around the world. Dharma who do practice in many countries. As a result, we gradually gain deeper awareness of our internal mental patterns and customs that shape our reactions and decisions. When we begin to perceive them more clearly, these formulas cease to be the invisible driving force of our decisions. We gain freedom - not to fill them and decide to act differently. This opens up space to a conscious change and a life that is not controlled by customs, but a clearer view and a more free decision. However, Zen is directed even further - directly to seeing reality as it is, without the filters of the mind, without clinging to the imagination of "I" and "my" to aware of our original nature and to freedom to act in accordance with it, here and now. The patterns of thinking that we create it ourselves, and by which we unwittingly cause suffering to others. Thus, Zen's practice is not only manifested as an internal transformation, but also as the ability to act in every situation. A way that helps us not only us but also to the other. FB, IG,
