About event
UX/Košice organizes a traditional community meeting in the form of inspirational lectures and networking. Beetle*
---------------------------------------- We look into the functioning of teams in Lighting Beetle*, the largest CX studio in Slovakia. Ivana Molnárová, Team Leaderka, will guide us with a common agile sprint - from the division of roles, through everyday rituals and processes, to communication channels and tools that make the team easier to cooperate. In concrete examples, it will show how these elements form team culture, support cooperation between designers, developers and stakeholders, while increasing the return on design investment. We will also find out how the teams have been able to work with high satisfaction and low fluctuation for a long time thanks to Designops. It is worthwhile to make the projects progress thanks to the Lean UX and agile approach, designers and developers had a clear overview and the client got what he expects. Together with the team, he is currently working on projects for the European Patent Office. They work? And especially - how can the mix of personalities and a good atmosphere be able to kick business and creativity? These questions will be answered by Ján Višňovský, an innovation enthusiast, customer experience and digital products.
John has a diverse career in various sectors. He started consulting across Europe, then went to marketing for the Slovak startup. Later he joined the Hellephant digital study, where he worked on interesting international projects. This experience has further strengthened his passion for innovation, product strategy and design Thinking. Over the years, he has also co -founded and exit two successful businesses. A few years ago he moved to the corporate world, using this period for further education and development of personal interests. Library and donate a book. Anyone can contribute to it. All you have to do is bring any book, leadership, psychology and, of course UX, for UX/Beer, and hand it over to our volunteers.
