Enthusiasm for psychology led her to the world of UX Design and Research Operations. With motherhood, she discovered unimagined horizons :female_fairy: and also how deeply empathy can affect our perception and understanding of the needs of others.
She believes that thanks to mutual interaction and cooperation we can create meaningful changes. We learn and grow together, because each of us has the power to influence the world around us.

Elena is a UX researcher , for whom UX research is not only a job, but also a passion. At Alma Career, she helps UX designers and product managers with UX research - from research design (research questions and hypotheses, target groups, methodology), through the implementation of interviews and online questionnaires, to the synthesis of results and their translation into UX solutions. The council guides others on the journey of researching user needs and behavior in order to better understand users (qualitative research) and measure their preferences (quantitative research).
