While creating research strategies and building a research culture in companies, I crafted a **framework to** **help others** recognize the strength of research. This framework became my go-to **recipe for success** \- a simple set of steps that makes **research irresistible** instead of intimidating. And it's incredibly similar to a mundane thing: **hosting a dinner party**. 🥂

In this talk, I’ll share the **5 steps** I am using to **turn skeptics into fans**: from getting to know your “guests” and serving small, tasty wins, to tailoring insights to each stakeholder’s appetite and delivering results while the hunger is real.
