Special guests? Yes! During their European tour, and for the first time in the Czech Republic, their long -time companions Sleepytime Gorilla Museum from the US - a band that will lift you out of the chair with its cut and visual style. And a little more subtle faun faun, family band SGM singer, with very impressive multi -voice songs full of emotions.
"Sleepytime Gorilla Museum and Faun Fables Possible, when it was possible to invite them to the Czech Republic, had to be the day of our 40th anniversary, ”says the founder and frontman of the band, Miroslav Wanek.
This celebration is not just a concert. It is a tribute to forty years of unique style, courage, social engagement, and high artistic and technical levels. Do not miss this unique evening!

July 19, 1985, the first concert of the group was at home in Prague on the Vltava steamer. It will be 40 years this year. In the four decades, the group released 8 terraced records, several own compilations and extraordinary records, dozens of participation in compilations around the world, played more than 3,000 concerts in 46 countries on 4 continents. The band has worked with many world musicians (including The Residents or Renaldo and the Loaf), played several concerts with the symphony orchestra, cooperated with the theater and film.
Sleepytime Gorilla Museum (US) SGM music can be compared to experimental rock or avant -garde metal.
The group is trying to escape any categorization. Some influences include Henry Cow, Swans, Einstürzende Neubauten, King Crimson, Mayhem, Bauhaus, The Art Bears, Igor Stravinsky, Thinking Plague and Univers Zero.
