Open lesson of contact games for parents and children up to 3 years of age
I would like to welcome you in a kind and respectful space full of dance, movement, music and closeness.
Lessons in contact are intended for parents and children under 3 years of age and will take place every Monday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the premises of the Mikro-teatro theater in these days:
24. 2., 17.3., 7.4., 28.4., 19.5.2025.
(These lessons can also be purchased in one package, see below).
Furthermore, I offer lessons as a replacement from last year, when I was sick, on these days:
20. 1. and 3.2. 2025 (these lessons can only be paid separately).
What awaits you and what benefits will you get?
Contact and movement games await you, during which you will deepen your relationship with Your child, you will enjoy mutual touch, closeness and try to fly together in the present moment.

In the lessons, I use my knowledge from practicing and lecturing Contact Improvisation and my knowledge from working with children and adapt them for joint movement and dance of parents and of the child.
Through movement experience, the child can improve his motor skills and increase his self-confidence, while the parent learns to better define his boundaries, find support in his body, but also in himself, and pass on more confidence to his child. So parent and child support and inspire each other.
How to help children move better and ensure safety is something we learn by the way and naturally. The lessons also include free dance and improvisation, when the parent and child look for what is most natural for them and at the same time most necessary at the given moment. It is also possible to interact with other parents and children, and thus everyone can inspire each other. So you will have a lot of fun together, movement sharing and also beautiful music.
About the lecturer:
Kateřina Hanzlíková combines her expertise as a dance therapist (4-year training in Dance and Movement Therapy) together with her knowledge of movement (she has been engaged in aesthetic movement since she was 4 years old). At the same time, she is the mother of 4 children, from whom she has been drawing the purest inspiration for 13 years, both for movement and for looking at life and being in it. Her great love is movement and dance, which has accompanied her since childhood. She is fascinated by any artistic improvisation that has the potential to reshape and improve our way of life and being, and is a promoter of mutual human touch, in which she sees great therapeutic potential.
In the V contact lessons, he connects all these experiences into an original whole.
She is a very cordial and respectful lecturer.

"I would like to give parents and children not only my technical knowledge in the field of contact improvisation and knowledge of movement and dance work with children, but above all I would like to give them time for themselves, which is sometimes not possible at home. to offer opportunities for parents to be equal "partners".
