About the WORKSHOP
Would you like to deepen your relationship with the child and learned something new? Did they enjoy the magic of the present moment together, the joy of simple movement and mutual touch? Then don't hesitate to sign up for this movement and contact games workshop with an autumn theme.
WHAT AWAITS YOU
- contact and movement games (autumn theme: rain, leaves, etc.)

The workshop will be enjoyed not only by your children, but also yourself. All games and techniques are based on equal partnership. Parents learn how to trust and support children in movement, children can safely show their independence and at the same time feel that they too are active partners in the creation of joint movement. Parents and children can therefore overcome fear and anxiety together and experience the joy of movement and closeness.
The workshop will consist of two dance blocks, each lasting a maximum of 50 minutes. In the meantime, there will be a short break to breathe and gather more strength.
CONTACT IMPROVISATION FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN
Contact improvisation is a dance direction based on contact and improvisation. This means that it is based on physical contact with another person and that the movement that arises from this contact happens spontaneously and spontaneously.
Contact improvisation for parents and children is also based on similar principles. It uses physical contact between parent and child to deepen and develop communication. Through movement games, children can expand their motor skills and self-confidence, and parents how to give confidence to their child. Children develop their independence with the support of their parents. Together they create a movement where no one is the leader, but both parent and child have an equal share in the creation of the movement.

WHAT TO BRING?
Comfortable clothes (clothes that are not too loose are more practical), non-slip socks (unless you will be dancing barefoot). A small snack, a drink.
A short break is part of the program, a small snack will be included in the price of the workshop, as well as tea and coffee (these are for a recommended contribution).

ABOUT THE LECTURER
Kateřina Hanzlíková combines her expertise as a dance therapist (4-year psychotherapeutic training in Dance and Movement Therapy) together with her knowledge of movement (she has been engaged in aesthetic movement since she was 4 years old). At the same time, she is the mother of 4 children, from whom she draws the purest inspiration. Her great love is contact improvisation, which is why she is looking for ways to connect it with the world of children and parents. She is a very cordial and respectful lecturer.
