Contact improvisation for parents and children
Contact improvisation is a dance direction based on contact and improvisation. This means that it is based on physical contact with the other person and that the movement that arises from this contact is spontaneously and spontaneously. It uses physical contact between the parent and the child to deepen and develop communication. Through movement games, children can expand their motor skills and self -confidence, and parents, in turn, give confidence to their child. Children with the support of parents develop their independence. Together they create movement where no one is the leader, but both the parent and the child have the same share in the movement.
