V objatí zdroja sebalásky v jesennom šate

We will relax in a beautiful family hotel in Donovaly in the middle of the nature of Veľká Fatra and Low Tatras.
This weekend we will create a reserve of energy in our inner landscape, in peace, well-being and in pleasant company.
In the crowns of trees, protected from the hustle and bustle of the big city and the center of the village of Donovaly, the oldest hotel, which is after extensive reconstruction.
We will enjoy very gentle therapeutic yoga, meditation and your favorite yoga nidra. Beautiful new wellness with sauna world, swimming pools, fitness center and massages.
If the weather allows us and even if it is expensive, we will go for a walk, maybe even hiking.
The weekend stay is ideal for couples and very suitable for individuals😉
It is possible to use a recreation voucher - you just need to let me know in advance.
If you are interested, please contact me, the number of places is limited to 10, as it is a very intimate approach.
