Departure without fail at 6:40 am.
We don't want anyone to be late for work.
Last year we had the Pillow and Alarm clock to share the pennants.
Organized by some RUN 4 FUN athletes. But #Attention... You must be able to do 10km in 1h15 or you will have to adopt a plan "B"
It is not a competitive training nor do we need a chip for timing.
But we're going to have to pay attention to the fact that there are people who have to mess around.
There are no excuses and no mimimis.
The route is not yet defined but it will be a ride.
Departure on Avenida Nuno Krus Abecasis next to Café Muchinis and the elevated walkway.
