The first exhibition in Artium of 2025 is the artistic pop-up intervention of the Brno conceptual painter Václav Kočí inspired by the monopost of the Formula 1 McLaren stable.
When Allwyn representatives came to the ARTIA team with the possibility of presenting the monopost, there was immediate enthusiasm, because, as we know, luxury cars and art are close to each other and many famous authors have served as unusual painting canvases in the past. These cooperations allowed artists to explore new forms and media, while showing innovative design and luxury car brand engineering. For others, the BMW Art Cars project, which has been running since 1975 and has participated in the authors such as Alexander Calder, Roy Lichtenstein and David Hockney. The fact that the possibility of art dialogue with the top work of the automotive industry, such as the McLaren team, seemed to be fascinating and significantly enriched the innovation program line.
At the same time, it will have corresponding dynamics, drive and strength. Strength for strength - Strength to Strength - this is the leitmotif of the event. McLaren's strong team has joined forces since this year with the strongest pillar of KKCG Allwyn, and in many ways a strong monopost in art dialogue with a strong site-specific installation of Václav Kočí.
