The year has come to an end and we once again take the liberty of inviting you to the regular general meeting of our club. The general meeting takes place on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Baretta Kitchen (www.baretta.cz), Bělehradská 6, Prague 4 - Nusle. The official start of the general meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m., but you can come as early as 6:00 p.m.
We are expecting an evaluation of the past season, presentation of plans for the next season, voting on the new form of the committee, as well as a nice meeting with friends, a banquet and entertainment. As usual, the banquet is free for club members, everyone pays for the drinks themselves.
Since this is a general election meeting, we need your cooperation more than ever. First of all, we ask that you attend the general meeting. The general meeting is competent to resolve if at least 1/5 of all members with valid voting rights are present. If you are not sure about participation, please participate at least by means of a power of attorney, which can be granted to another valid member of the Vespa Club Prague. The signature does not need to be officially verified. You can print a power of attorney form via the link below or fill it out in the clubhouse. Only valid members of the club can participate in the general meeting!
At the same time, we invite all members who want to be more actively involved in the activities of the club and the organization of events organized by it to apply for the committee. This year, the mandate of Honz Hudák and Aleks Ristić ends, and we will therefore elect two members of the committee. Come and help us, please Thank you.
