On behalf of our Gratia Foundation, we would like to cordially invite you to the advent charity concert called Christmas for Children, which will take place on December 14 from 5 p.m. in the Brno church of St. Augustine under the patronage of Mons. Pavel Konzbul, diocesan bishop of Brno and with the contribution of the OSA (Author's Protection Association).
You can look forward to performances by musicians and musical groups such as the violinists Duo Occasione, Ensemble Lyrico Graffe and the string chamber orchestra Ars Collegium under the direction of Štěpán Graffe. Well-known and lesser-known compositions by Zdenek Krále, Leoš Janáček, Antonio Vivaldi or G. P. Telemann will be heard.
The entrance fee to the concert is voluntary, you can donate on the spot. Proceeds from the concert will be donated to the Gratia Foundation. The latter, as a Christian non-profit organization, focuses on immediate temporary help to people in unexpected difficult situations. Especially for families coping with a serious illness or the death of one of their parents, with the loss of a job, which until then was the family's only income, or students who are pregnant or have a small child and would still like to continue their studies.
