About event
Christmas at the station 2024. 🎄 We invite all our supporters to a Christmas meeting at our rescue station. Especially during the summer season, the station is always full to bursting and we don't know where our heads are, but now with the coming winter there are a little less patients. We would like to take advantage of this, meet you and thank you for supporting the station and supporting us in our work. ❤
If you would like to bring something to our patients, you can leave them something small right under the tree that will decorate the entrance to the premises. What fits? Of course, patients love the gifts that can be eaten the most. 😊 We will use, for example, mixtures of grains or sunflower seeds, sponges, food insects, granules for cats or small breeds of dogs, or high-quality preserves for dogs and cats with a high proportion of meat or with poultry meat in the form of pâté (pâté). The entire list of possible material assistance can be found on our website: https://lhmp.cz/zachrna-stanice/radi- would you-help/.
For now, we are still operating in a temporary area, which is part of the devil's garden (the construction of our new station in Jinonice, however, is coming to an end and next year we will move back!). But if you haven't been to the back of our current premises, we'd be happy to take you inside. We will show you what it looks like in the infirmary, take a peek into the feeding preparation room and also look at the aviaries and paddocks. We would rather warn you in advance that the tour schedule may change depending on the situation at the station. We are a treatment facility, and primarily we must always ensure care and the necessary peace for patients who are not used to the attention and proximity of people. So it certainly won't be like visiting a zoo and don't expect close contact with a lot of animals, but we believe that it will still be a pleasant meeting for all of us. 🙂 It will also be a great opportunity to ask the keepers anything that interests you about saving wild animals or running the station!
If you are interested in a tour, please fill out our form https://bit.ly/chci_zazit_vanoce_ve_stanici, and choose which tours you want to participate. There will be a total of 4, starting at 10, 11, 12 and 1 pm. 🎄 CHRISTMAS AT THE STATION 2024 side of the Zahradnictví Đáblice complex (https://mapy.cz/s/loboratanu)
