About event
We cordially invite you to a two-hour Christmas tune-up full of gentle, calm movement accompanied by deep breathing,
Christmas atmosphere, soft music and candles. Led by Maria Hledíková.
I can't promise us snow outside the windows, but I can promise the mysterious darkness that is an inherent part of the Advent season, while we engage in a relaxing yoga practice that will recharge, relax and strengthen us.
< br/>Come in a hectic time to remind yourself that the Christmas journey leads inward, to silence and introspection.
We look forward to seeing you with you,
