About event
Tomáš Kačo, a pianist, composer and arranger with the ability to improvise and connect different musical genres, chose songs for his Christmas recital that have accompanied him since childhood and are among his most popular. 🎶
He creates the atmosphere of Christmas with his treatment of traditional Czech and international carols such as Pasli ovce valaši or I want to sleep. 🎄 He will also pay tribute to the creators who forever influenced his childhood with their songs. Original variations on Černé oči or Wanderer's Morning, songs from his album My Home, will be heard. During the concert, Kačo will also present his own composition, Nocturno from the cycle Stronger than yesterday, which he wrote for the Prague Philharmonia Orchestra.
The Christmas recital in Artio is the only Prague concert where Tomáš will introduce himself to the Czech audience after a long time after touring the world.
