Vycházka po Novém Světě

Time seems to stand still in the streets here. It is therefore not surprising that this corner of Hradčany in the past attracted and still attracts many artists and bohemian souls, many of whom found a poetic home here. The guide will tell the stories of the local houses and their inhabitants, there will also be a spooky legend about ghosts and secret passages as well as a real criminal story.

Participants will learn:

• Where the artists Jan Zrzavý, Karel Kachyňa, Jan Švankmajer or Jiří Anderle lived.
• Which Czech sculptor painted Dalí's portrait and in which his sculpture studio is hidden in a modern house.

Practical information:

• Meet at the Brusince stop in the direction of Prague Castle.
• Duration: approx. 1.5 to 2 hours.

• Tickets can only be purchased on the spot if the capacity of the walk has not been filled - it is necessary to contact the organizer to finding out the current situation.
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel the walk in case of low interest, the participants with the ticket will be informed about the cancellation of the walk and the money will be returned to their account.
