Vázání pro každého: Futomomo na zemi

Tuesday's bindings workshops for everyone are led so that everyone is committed, even a complete beginner. One of them is Futomomo. This name does not mean a specific procedure, but rather a foot position. It is suitable for more flexible and with modifications even for less flexible or more muscled bodies. But this binding provides a firm and pleasant hug. The workshop will learn a simple and more complicated binding option.
