About event
In cooperation with the Prostor publishing house, we invite you to an evening with the Israeli writer writing in English, Omer Friedlander. The author will read from the short story Medusa in Gaza (a xerox of the Czech translation will be prepared for those interested) and will then answer questions from the audience. After the event, he will sign the Czech edition of his book entitled The Man Who Sold Air in the Holy Land; copies can be purchased on site at a discounted price.
The author will be introduced and the discussion will be moderated by the translator of his short prose, Hana Ulmanová, who will also interpret from Czech to English and vice versa as needed.
