About event
Slovak culture has survived years of attacks and humiliation. Politicians needed to weaken it, because a strong culture means a strong society.
However, now it is not about anger, but about repair.
How to rebuild a culture that is not just a decoration, but the backbone of the country? How to restore trust between creators, audiences and institutions? And is it even possible when fatigue and cynicism have taken over the public space?
Guests:
film producer Zuzana Mistríková
Rector of VŠMU Bohunka Koklesová
art historian Július Barczi
Come and discuss how to fix culture – and with it, Slovakia.
