We invite you to an evening PlayFight workshop for women and men in Prague!
At PlayFight workshops we create an honest and at the same time safe community where people open up and transform their personal issues. The main tools for this are conscious work with the body and emotions and the art of honest communication.
PlayFight workshop is for you if you want to:
- get in touch with your emotions through the body
- pursue your goal with courage and respect
- build authentic relationships thanks to honest communication
- set your boundaries in a healthy way
- learn not to avoid conflicts and look for win-win situations
- develop your authenticity in a supportive and safe community
- connect with your inner strength and playfulness
If you are currently in a personal or psychological crisis,
PlayFight could bring more intensity than support. We therefore recommend waiting until a period of greater stability.
Facilitator: Honza Hanák
Number of participants: we will work in a small group of up to 8 participants

Bring: comfortable clothes - ideally long sleeves and long pants in which you can move well. We practice barefoot and without aids.

BIO:
Honza Hanák
Honza studied financial mathematics at Matfyza and has been involved in credit risk management throughout his working career. men's training with Zdeňek Weber and one-year facilitator training with Richard Vojík. He went through a part of the shamanic and tantric journey.
He likes to look for - dependencies in data as an analyst...checks in the forest as an orienteering runner...solving ciphers as a player of encryption games...freedom of movement in high mountains...insight in family constellations...joy in the eyes of his children...peace when hardening in ice...visions when crossing hot coals...and last but not least, emotions in PlayFight 😊
