They say - love goes beyond the grave - but where does it really end? What are you willing to risk and sacrifice for your partner? A brilliant conversational skirmish by the renowned comedian Stefan Vögel about partner relationships - and not only about them! "Side Effects" explores the limits of love and sacrifice. The play asks questions about what we are willing to do for a partner and how far we are willing to go. It is a story full of unexpected twists, humor and deep emotions. The dialogues and situations are so authentic and close to everyday life , that many see in them a reflection of their own experiences. The game "Side Effects" was so successful that it even got its film version to a wider audience and made it possible to explore the theme of partner relationships from a different angle. The film is known for its great cast (Jude Law, Rooney Mara, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Channing Tatum, Vinessa Shaw and others) and fidelity to the original theatrical version.
Author Stefan Vögel is a renowned comedian known for his clever and witty dialogues that can make you laugh and think at the same time. His plays often explore the complexities of human relationships and offer viewers the opportunity to look into their own lives and relationships.
