Come and enjoy the festive atmosphere, great food and pleasant company. The Slovak Vegan Society is preparing a community dinner in the premises of Perla, Trenčín, where we will sit together at a beautifully laid table and enjoy a full plant-based menu.
🥣 Soup:
Christmas cabbage - full of aromas and tradition, in a purely vegan version.
🍽️ Main course:
"Bryndzové" gnocchi with tofu bacon - a delicious plant-based interpretation a popular Slovak classic.
🍏 Dessert:
Apple cake with "whipped cream" - a sweet point that simply belongs to Christmas.
