Friday March 7 there will be a neighborhood restaurant again.
We eat a "Veggistan" spring menu, from the Middle East/Black Sea/Caspian Sea surroundings.
- Before: Greek bean soup
- Head:
- Syrian Frikeh-Linzass dish with fresh herbs
- Persian aubergine dish (Khoresht Bademjan)
- Ukraiensse Taratuta/>--------- ---aug-Mierikierwortels (flat bread with potato great filling)
- tursu (table acid)
- Toe: Persian Fool (Fruit-Roompoetje)
still for only € 5 pp. Maximum 25 eaters.
request for help: we are looking for people who want to help clean up and wash, after all the Koen we can use help in the kitchen, come and help for an hour, AJB!
