About event
Do you like to explore interesting places in Prague? If so, come and enjoy another November walk that we have prepared for you on Thursday, November 21, 2024. This time we will guide you through the beauty of nature and the history of the picturesque area of Veleslavín and Divoká Šárka.
What awaits us?
Our route starts in Starý Vokovice and will lead us through picturesque estates to the natural theater where, every year on the first Sunday in the sunshine, open-air performances of some of the classic Czech operas take place. We will stop at the popular swimming pool at the Džbán reservoir and continue to the Šárka hillfort, where we will immerse ourselves in the history and legends of this place. We won't forget the Šesták rock and finally we'll stop at the Libock brewery, where we can relax and enjoy a local beer.

Given the difficulty of the route and the nature of the terrain, we recommend bringing trekkers with you STICKS AND TOURIST SHOES!!!

Celesta Praha is a non-profit organization helping families, seniors and family caregivers. We provide social services of personal assistance to seniors and persons with disabilities, registered on the basis of Act no. 108/2006 Coll. about social services.
We run the Celesta Center for family caregivers and organize professional courses for professional caregivers and informal caregivers. We organize seminars and workshops for seniors from all over the Czech Republic. We organize leisure activities and suburban camps for children.
