Ahoooj and a beautiful day to all!
Another event from the series of ecstatic dance is here! 🤗 🕺 This time the program will be guided by DJ Martin Palla from Svitav and Yoga lecturer Veronika Maliňáková with Oshova Kundalini meditation ❤️🔥 You can dance here in a safe space at home when no one is looking. You do not need to know any steps, just move as you want, enjoy great music, a super people and experience now and here 👏
We have a few principles:
"Weird")
👉 We do not drink alcohol
👉 We dance without shoes
You can only dance with yourself, with mutual consent and interaction with others. We start and end together in a circle. Before this event we will also go through the unusual warm-up 👇
~ Oshova Kundalini meditation ~
, Osho very well understood the restless mind of Western people. Therefore, his meditations are quite different from the normally under the term meditation. Through several parts with different intensity, I will guide you to gradually release tension, spontaneous movement and calm mind. It is the way from the head to the body, to the present moment. Meditation allows you to fully connect with yourself, open the heart and prepare for dance with greater ease and inner calm. ”
(2022). Meeting with inspiring people 🙌 ”
