~ ecstatic dance ~ is the free form of dance without drug and alcohol. You can dance here in a safe space at home when no one is looking. You don't need to know any steps, just move as you want. You enjoy great music, a SUPER PEOPLE and experience now and here 👏
We have a few principles: Bot
You can dance with yourself, with mutual consent and interaction with others. For easier relaxation into the dance, connecting with your body and as an inspiration for dance contact with others serves a warm-up, followed by the set itself. We start and end together in a circle.
Warm-up will be special this time. Musician and lecturer Dalibor will prepare a small tea ritual for us to enjoy the excellent Taiwanese Oolong. He then moves us with his voice warm-up and ignites the inner fire of the shamanic "qi-kung’ UN-HUN, who learned from Tuvin shaman Amir Oorzhak.
A voice coach, musician and ritual lover who connects work with voice, breath and body. Live, authentically and dynamically. It draws on its practice from modern singing and breathing techniques and connects their deep understanding with playfulness and movement. His lessons are not about performance, but about connecting with himself, the joy of manifestation and natural relaxation. It has a gift to create a safe and human space-whether it is a tea ritual, or common breathing and sound warm-up before dance. In its sets it inserts female sensitivity, the ability to touch the depth and energy of pulsating rhythms. He loves dance because he believes he leads us back together - to the clean head, energy in the body and open heart. He lives in Brno, is the mother of two teenagers, and when he does not form music sets, he devotes himself to creating author's clothing 👗
