📄 about the program
~ ecstatic dance ~ is the free form of dance without drug and alcohol. You can dance here in a safe space at home when no one is looking. You don't need to know any steps, just move as you want. You enjoy great music, a SUPER PEOPLE and experience now and here 👏
We have a few principles: Bot
You can dance with yourself, with mutual consent and interaction with others. We start and end together in a circle. It includes drinking right and 100% cocoa, which was grown directly for ceremonial purposes. In conjunction with the ritual, in our case led by meditation with music and movement, it carries the strong energy that opens the heart, helps to release tension in the body, and allows people deeper connections with them. It affects the physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Cocoa is not psychoactive.
🙋 The actions will perform
~ Vojta Kracík 🤎 ~
Vojta devotes himself to the lecturer of conscious communication, working with the body, mind and energy in the context of personal development and conscious life. It leads people to contact with themselves through gentle but deep work with attention, corporeality and inner truth. In his practice, he combines elements of bioenergy, deep psychology, somatic experience and intuitive work with breath and voice. They believe that a real change does not start in the head, but in the body - in places we learn to feel again. In what is alive, true. His work is not about the method, but about the presence. He has over 13 years of training parkour, which significantly influenced his approach to movement and life. He currently combines the principles of embodiment, mindfulness, dance improvisation and experience pedagogy in his activities. The event together with Vojta will guide us through the music of meditation during cocoa ceremony. Creative processes and biodanza. Its dance paths are very popular for a unique combination of a strong connection with spirituality and grounding in the body. It inspires and leads to openness, love, understanding and self -realization. He shares his work in the Czech Republic, Scandinavia, Holland, France, Canada, Ireland and the UK.
