VER TERRAE / Salmovská Literární Kavárna

The band VER TERRAE was formed at the beginning of 2023. The repertoire is based on folk songs from southern and eastern Europe. The distinctive arrangement reflects a background in classical music, a love of folklore, but also the courage to new and distinctive arrangement of songs, in which sophisticated vocal or instrumental polyphony plays an important role. The basic instruments are violin, viola, guitar and double bass, but in some songs you can also hear trombone, Greek bouzouki or Pontic lyre.
