We cordially invite you to the presentation of the studio of architect Szymon Rozwalka, head of one of the studios of FA BUT participating at the exhibition Vector of Poverty. The accompanying program for the exhibition will take place on Tuesday, March 25 at 5 pm in Vašulka Kitchen Brno.
The basic idea of the Szymon zowałka studio project is the belief that the poverty cannot be completely eradicated. Instead, we should not perceive it as a mistake or temporary abnormality, but as an integral part of our world. Poverty has many forms and is our duty - as well as the role of architecture - not to lose sensitivity to it. Thinking about the role of architecture in solving complex social problems is a key part of this process. The exhibition Vector of Poverty is trying to be its active element. In 2001, together with Pawł Wachnicki, he founded the architectural studio C+Ho_ar based in Štětín, which has been operating in the Czech Republic since the beginning. In 2007, C+Ho_ar was divided into two separate studios - one in Štětín and the other in Olomouc (since 2011 in Brno).
