Champagne Laurent-Perrier is one of the most renowned houses in the world Champagne.
Since it was founded in Tours-sur-Marne in 1812, the house has remained family-run and independent and continues to play a pioneering role in Champagne today. Sustainable viticulture, innovative strength and the highest quality standards characterize Laurent-Perrier's philosophy. Laurent-Perrier's unique, distinctive style is characterized by freshness, elegance and purity. Chardonnay, the house's most important grape variety, gives the cuvées their finesse, liveliness and extraordinary elegance. The iconic Cuvée Rosé brings out the unique expression of Pinot Noir particularly impressively thanks to the rare maceration method.
In addition, Laurent-Perrier stands for the fine art of assemblage. The Maison is the only champagne house to give its most prestigious cuvée, Grand Siècle, not a vintage, but a number. The assemblage of three exceptional vintages creates the ideal of a "perfect year", a unique concept that reflects Laurent-Perrier's philosophy in a special way.
There are 3 qualities provided:
- Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut
- Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs
- Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut
It is served with exquisite canapés and fine petit fours from Julius Meinl am Ditch.
Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée
This champagne is created from the purest Grape must and allows Laurent-Perrier to create “La Cuvée” with great finesse and fresh elegance. It develops its special finesse through long maturation in the cellars. Citrus and white fruit notes combine with a perfect balance of freshness and delicacy, supported by a fine perlage - ideal as an aperitif.
Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature
With the Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature presents Laurent-Perrier an exceptional champagne made from 100% Chardonnay without dosage and of impressive purity. The grapes come from the best locations on the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims and give the champagne its characteristic freshness and fine lemon notes. An elegant and precise champagne that is an excellent accompaniment to fine fish dishes and sophisticated gastronomy.
Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé
Since In 1968, Laurent-Perrier perfected a very special and rare expertise in Champagne: maceration. This process enables the particularly intense and at the same time finest expression of Pinot Noir. The aromatic depth of the Cuvée Rosé makes it an ideal accompaniment to marinated fish, grilled shrimp, exotic dishes and desserts with red fruits.
We are pleased to offer you an exclusive evening in one together with the team of "Am Hof 8" & Laurent-Perrier to offer an extraordinary ambience - characterized by excellent champagne, fine canapés and an enjoyable atmosphere in a small setting.
