TRUST YOURSELF is a space where we touch our bare truth. The purest essence that does not need to prove anything, to go anywhere, to adapt to anyone. In this truth lies the true freedom - the freedom that has always been there, it was just covered by layers of beliefs about who we should be and that we need to comply.
WHAT AWAITS US:
In the safe circle of women we will dance beyond the limits of the mind, where all illusions crumble:
- that we have to serve someone and something
- that we have to fulfill the expectations of others, or our own, based on the opinions of the outside
- that our value depends on acceptance from the outside
- that love is something we have to earn
Through dance we reach a space of silence where we touch that which transcends us - call it God, Consciousness, Infinite, Abstract, Spirit... It doesn't matter what you call it. The important thing is that this touch is deeply healing for the mind, heart, soul and body.
WHO IS THIS DANCE FOR:
This dance space is for you if:
- You feel slightly confused by the overload of information and learning
- You are bound by promises and oaths - either those made to you by others or those you made to yourself
- You want authentic expression of your essence without filters and masks
