About event
We cordially invite you to the opening of the exhibition WOMAN, ROSE, SONG, BRIDGE by the sculptor Jan Hendrych at the Bubec Gallery. The exhibition will present a selection of the author's realizations for public space as well as more intimate sculptures and works that remained hidden in the studio for many years. Hendrych's work oscillates between monumentality and fragility, expression and delicacy.
📅 The opening will take place on 9/6/2026 from 6:00 p.m. 🥂 There will be refreshments and a bar on site 🎶 The evening will be accompanied musically on the accordion by Kristýna Lhotáková
We will be happy if you come with us to open the exhibition and spend a summer evening among the sculptures Jan Hendrych. We look forward to seeing you. n Hendrych is one of the most outstanding personalities of Czech post-war sculpture. In his work, he combines a monumental figure, a feeling for public space and a strongly personal, intimate location. His sculptures appear in cities, landscapes and architecture, creating a silent but unmistakable part of public space for decades.
