About event
The exhibition draws on the authentic experience of the author, who became the driver of the tram. He decided to step out of the privileged environment of the art scene and entered the world of shifts, regulations, timetables, emergencies, as well as certainty - to life where rhythm determined tracks and signals.
The author represents a series of oil paintings, where the tram cabin turns into an observatory in a long hour of driving. Everyday views from the front of the windshield - duel with chaos of traffic, quiet stops, views of passengers, sunrise and foggy landscapes turn into an introspective space on the border of reality and nostalgia.
oil and iron is a testimony of life in the machine.
