Kryštof Netolický: Daily Routine

and its opening, which will take place on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from 18:00 to 22:00 in the House of Radost. Winston Churchill 1800/2 in Prague 3.

The exhibition will last until 18 May 2025. Routine

Kryštof Netolický (*1985) was born in Brno, where he also lives and creates. Picture narration of sketches of everyday life. With such ease, which, however, deals with relatively serious things, could be grasped - I understand - the creation of Kryštof Netolický. Persons, which began to profile her work on the most busy exhibition areas - directly on the street. The walls and spaces of the Brno nooks became the Netolický first canvases, when he began to devote himself to graffiti. In an effort to break away passers -by from the stereotype, his shot unbuttoned into the form of Murals. After years, graffiti leaves and concentrates its narratives within the canvas. They also represent a clearly defined space, and at the same time allow each of them to be overwhelmed for any long time, which is not corrected by a police patrol, but the author himself. Paradoxically, the non -population is liberated and in the formal medium of painting compared to art consisting of public places. Stories of streets, set aside communities and unique dark places are narrated - again above expectations and paradoxically - in vibrant colors and portrayed in almost dreamy moments.

In the Netolical narrative of everyday routine, humor and exaggeration are mixed, but of course social criticism. Netolical not only records, documented and archived, but also presents a portfolio of many moments that are often socially covered or conventional passers -by seek to squeeze them.

Netolical but does not create an archive of events, specifies folk realism. It tells stories that can be experienced regardless of the specific destination. It articulates universal sketches as the provincial American and Žižkovský Praguer could experience them.
