Vernisáž: Libor Jaroš / Poznámky z cest

🖼️ We invite you to the Gallery Open Garden to the opening of the exhibition Libor Jaroš notes from travel. All exhibited works are for sale. He devotes himself to painting and restoration, lives and works in Žatčany near Brno. Since the beginning of the 1980s he has been exhibiting as part of independent and collective exhibitions in the Czech Republic and abroad, he has been a member of the TT club and the art association Reunion. His works are represented in Czech and foreign state and private galleries. Sometimes they relate to a specific location, situation or feelings that evoked. Stylized records and hints of shapes, lines and structures convert the author into a pictorial organism, often respecting the color and material qualities of the motif. The image surface is rhythmized by a gestical labyrinth of drawing characters and color spots, but the composition does not lack its inner order. The image is a free painting metaphor of a particular experience, sometimes with a closer or more distant relationship to reality.
