About event
Not everything that is created in street art is intended for the street. And not everything that ends up as waste has to go unnoticed. ✂️📐✏️
📢 We invite you to the unique exhibition of Tomáš "Aste" Orlej called MIMO FORMÁT, the opening of which will take place on June 19, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the premises of Galéria Tri steny.
Tomáš "Aste" Orlej will present a series of paintings created with a technique that is rarely seen in galleries. He creates layered compositions on the border between abstraction, graffiti and contemporary art from foil scraps and fragments created during the handmade production of street art stickers. The material, which normally remains hidden behind the scenes of the creative process, here becomes the main carrier of the image. 🖼
MIMO FORMÁT offers the opportunity to discover an original author's approach that connects the energy of the street with the gallery space and reveals a lesser-known side of street art creation. The exhibition provides an insight into materials and techniques that gallery visitors rarely encounter. 👀
We look forward to seeing you at the opening 🫠
