At present, Tomáš Predka (1986) is a respected representative of a formal non -presented painting on the Czech scene, whose qualities gradually develop depending on the process of intense visual thinking. As the works of the earlier era prove, sometimes its paintings reflect external stimuli, but also in such cases the specificity is shown. He pays his attention to a meaning -open principle, which also has symbolic potential, such as light. At present, however, it is increasingly focused on the events inside the image space, so the theme of its painting becomes the painting itself and along with its visual transformation.
The work of Tomáš Predka lies as in intuitiveness as in the ongoing, so it is possible to say that every new series of paintings directly condition what will follow. Thus, a few years ago, white lines got into its compositions, which created the opposite of a typical to calligraphically relaxed moves as if levitating in space.
