The title of the exhibition "Close Encounters" refers to Yvonne V.M.'s latest work, created especially for the premises of Yes cafe Karlín. In this exhibition the author will also present for the first time transparent paintings, hung in the windows, so that more light from the outside can penetrate into the interior.
This time before Christmas, Advent, should be a time of contemplation and spiritual preparations for Christmas. However, this calmness does not come from the outside world, the more so the author tries to find these values within herself from an early age and became, among other things, her source of inspiration. as well as synesthesia.The author uses specific morphology to express the perception of certain currents from the subconscious and dreams.
Are they beings from ancient times or spiritual protectors?
This exhibition invites you to look below the surface of visible things, to the border of the worlds between Heaven and Earth.

The painting "Close Encounters" belongs to the collection of paintings "Little Creatures". This inner universe has accompanied the artist since her early years, becoming, among other things, her source of inspiration. These special creatures have become supporting subjects for approaching the exploration of sensory and supersensory experiences, as well as synesthesia. The author uses distinctive morphology to express the perception of certain streams from the subconscious and dreams.
